Morning Meditation -Only 8 Minutes to Powerfully Start Your Day!

Ah yes, morning meditation. At this point in time, I’d be surprised if you’ve not yet heard about the plethora of benefits a consistent morning meditation practice can bring.

The benefits of morning meditation have been scientifically proven, and while meditating at any time during the day or night is powerful, there is something extra that unlocks when you get in sync with a consistent morning meditation practice.

You probably already know this, but are you doing it?

I’ve realized that for many people…

A regular morning meditation practice can at times feel like “too much” before the start of a busy day. We’re all so busy, and if you’ve not yet made a morning meditation a priority in your day, its easy to think that it just won’t fit.

Or maybe you’ve tried meditating in the morning, only to become frustrated by “not being able to quiet your mind”.

For those who are just beginning meditating, attempting to sit still in silence while the mind protests and races through thoughts and judgements in a way that’s even louder and more chaotic than before you tried to meditate…

Meditation may feel like it’s more work than reward. You may even feel like while meditation works for other people, its just not for you, because you can’t seem to quiet your mind.

Well guess what?

Even if you’re struggling with it, you can learn to tap into profound bliss waves and all the benefits of meditation!

It honestly just takes practice.

I know this may be hard to believe… And yes, for some people it does take longer to get to a point where you actually enjoy meditation.

But really… I fully believe that meditation is a valuable skill that anyone can learn. I know this to be true because I was one of those people who struggled to quiet my mind and meditate when I was first getting started, and now its one of my absolute favorite things ever.

You can do it! You can meditate. It just takes consistently practicing it (and being willing to be bad at it at first) in order to build the muscle and unlock the magic.

And the good news is, you don’t have to meditate for a long time to start tapping into the benefits.

Guided Morning Meditation for Beginners

Morning Meditation

At this point in time, I meditate for 25 minutes in silence first thing every morning.

But when I was first learning to meditate…

Shorter guided meditations were a life saver!

They’re a great way to start building your meditation muscles, without a big time commitment at the beginning of your day.

I have a couple of short guided morning meditations to share with you here, so you can start tapping into the benefits of beginning your day off with light, positive energy and peace.

Morning meditation is also invaluable for reducing stress and anxiety… Replenishing your Divine Life Force Energy… And calling forth the highest and best possibilities for your day ahead.

Morning Meditation is so so powerful…

But the results and benefits of meditation only start showing up when you’re consistent.

Start your day off right with Positive energy by listening to this guided 8-Minute Morning Meditation!

Do this every morning to feel clarity, space, and openness in your mind.

And notice the incredible difference it makes by taking this short amount of time out to set the tone to your day, and to connect yourself with peace and light before you start your day.

This meditation encourages you to focus your energy on the center of your heart, creating an opening into your inner world by which your central core of light is illuminated. As the energy circulation flows, it opens you to the highest divine possibilities for this day and for your life.

Enjoy!

With love and bright blessings,

Melanie Beckler
